Año 2019, el invierno fue frío, seco y largo y dio paso rápidamente a una primavera exuberante, con humedad y lluvias relativamente abundantes. Todo ello hizo que las plantas iniciasen su floración en tiempo y que se desarrollasen de forma correcta, también porque el verano fue seco y cálido, con algunas tormentas estivales en Julio y Agosto y seco en Septiembre. La vendimia se realizó la última semana de Septiembre y el resultado fue una cosecha abundante en cantidad y de gran calidad. Sin duda 2019 ha sido uno de los mejores años que se recuerdan.
Year 2019. During this year we had a long, dry and cold winter. Spring time was quite exuberant in 2019: it rained relatively more than usual and was humid throughout the whole season, but not cold. Our vines grew and began flourishing on time, and, with the help of a dry and warm winter, fruits developed correctly. We just had a few summer storms which didn’t affect our vineyard. September was also warm and dry and harvest was done the last week of this month. The result was a great harvest, both in quality and quantity. 2019 has certainly been one of the best harvests one can remember.

Lobo es vino tinto de autor, está elaborado con uvas procedentes de nuestro antiguo viñedo familiar, que fueron recogidas a mano, seleccionadas y prensadas en el mismo día. Elaborado siguiendo una filosofía de mínima intervención, la fermentación alcohólica está hecha con levaduras seleccionadas y se han añadido sulfitos antes del embotellado. Criado durante cuatro meses en madera usada y en pequeños depósitos de acero inoxidable. El vino puede contener sedimentos.
Concentrado, mineral, aromático.
Lobo is a red signature wine, it has been made with selected grapes that belong to our old family vineyard, hand harvested, selected and pressed in the same day. It was created following a low intervention philosophy: Alcoholic fermentation was made using selected yeasts and sulphites have been added to the wine before bottling. Lobo has been aged during four months in used oak and small inox steel tanks before bottling. Sediments may appear in the finished wine.
